Experienced Administrator
 
Located in the picturesque Yarra Valley the Victorian Animal Aid Trust (Animal Aid) has been serving the local community since 1935, caring for and re-homing countless lost, abused and unwanted companion animals.
A fantastic opportunity now exists for an experienced Administrator.
 
SELECTION CRITERIA
 

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Data input competency and General IT experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An ability to stringently follow process
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Positivity, energy, drive and initiative.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
        Accuracy of records.
        Organised workflow.
 
Part Time Position– Shifts 2pm to 5pm Monday to Saturday. (Job share opportunity may be available for the right candidates)
  • Wage plus compulsory Superannuation contribution
  • Staff discounts on veterinary services and supplies

Experienced Dog Groomer

Located in the picturesque Yarra Valley the Victorian Animal Aid Trust (Animal Aid) has been serving the local community since 1935, caring for and re-homing countless lost, abused and unwanted companion animals.
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Dog Groomer to join the Animal Aid family.
 
Perminant Part Time position - 2 days per week with Saturdays as your set day, and opportunities to flex up.
 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 
  • A genuine passion for helping people and animals.
  • Experience in Grooming able to complete basic and breed specific grooms
  • Proven animal husbandry and handling knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Sound emotional maturity and animal welfare ethics
  • Bright and bubbly personality
  • Positive team member and a keen attitude for sharing knowledge.
