Event details

Adventure Dog – A Cross Country Challenge will take place on Sunday 7th April 2024, at Wandin Park Equestrian Centre, a 300 acre property featuring rolling pastures and views across the Yarra Valley.

The event village will incorporate food, beverages, trade stands and entertainment and will act as the hub for spectators and event participants.

Gates will open at 7:30am & close at 6pm

Site Fee

Food Vans $200
Trade stands 3m x 3m $50

Bump In / Out

Sunday 7th April 2024 from 7.00am – all vehicles to exit event village before 8:15am

Sunday 7th April 2024  from 5:00pm – no stalls/vans permitted to leave prior to 4:30pm unless instructed by staff

Food Van Compliance

Food vendors trading at the event must comply with the following conditions:

  • Supply all equipment required to facilitate your food truck, including staff
  • Operate within your allocated space
  • Ensure the immediate site is kept clean and tidy during the event
  • Remove all gas bottles, sullage and waste from the site on completion of the event
  • Restore the site to its original condition before vacating the site.

Site Power: There are no direct powered sites on location, traders will be required to be self-generated. When using self-generated power, all leads are to comply with the relevant Australian Safety Standard and display a certified safety tag issued by a certified electrician.

Food Preparation: Comply with the requirement of the Food Act 1984, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) for food safety and any other relevant Acts and Laws.

OHS Compliance: Vendors must adhere to the Safety and Risk policies and procedures set out by the event’s management. Copies of the Risk Management Plan will be available on site at the event information.

The following certifications must be displayed on participating Food Vans;

  1. Mobile Catering Van Compliance Plate
  2. Food Safety Certificate

Public liability

All traders must hold current Public Liability Insurance. A Certificate of Currency of not less than $10 million must be attached to this registration to be considered. If current certificate expires before 7nd April 2024 we will require you to supply an updated Certificate of Currency before the event day.

Site allocation

Animal Aid will allocate all exhibitor and food vendor positions, site map will be provided prior to the event, we do however reserve the right to change the site layout and allocation at any time.
